All orders may be cancelled within 48 hours after the order is placed, or prior to shipping. Refunds will be applied within 10 business days. Once a product has shipped, you will need to file for a return rather than a cancellation. Please see our return policy (below) for details.
You may return an item for a refund of the merchandise total within 30 days of delivery by merely shipping the item back to us. Return credits are issued within 5-7 business days once the item is received and inspected. Please note, if you return an item, the return shipping and handling costs will be deducted from your total refund amount. We are happy to help you set-up a return shipment, but it will be taken out of your refund. We also charge a $150 restocking fee on all returns.
Customers must notify Rathman & Co within 48 hours after receiving the product if any damages occurred during shipping. It is the customer’s responsibility to document any and all defects with photos and a written statement sent via email.

Items must be unused and in the original packaging to qualify for a refund (please do not assemble or modify the product in any way). Items that cannot be returned include: clearance products, gift certificates, personalized products, items marked "non-returnable or final sale" (clearly indicated on the sale page before placing the order), and products with pet damage.
Once we receive the product we will inspect it for scrapes, scratches, dents, or missing parts. If the product returns to us with undisclosed damages, additional fees may be deducted from your refund amount.
